The Masters Avenue harbour is the small basin on the southern side of Victoria Point, and its ramp is where the Amity Trader vehicle barge loads for Coochiemudlo Island as well as the public launch. Two concrete lanes at a nine per cent grade with a pontoon and toilets, and a car park of about 15 bays; the state register lists it as usable on all tides. Give the barge the ramp when it is loading, as it runs to a timetable, and expect the basin to be busy with island traffic on weekends.
The water is the same as the Colburn Avenue ramp 500 m north: the channel to Coochiemudlo, the flats that dry either side, and the run south to Macleay Island and Redland Bay or north to Peel Island. Six knots applies in the harbour and around the jetty. Council's planned replacement of the Colburn Avenue pontoon will push more traffic here while it is under way.
